My Story
Kauai Poi Balls was born from the desire to bring memories of special times with family and loved ones. I loved going to poplular,local favorite events on Kauai like:Mokihana Festival, Koloa Plantation Days Parade and lights on rice Street, just to eat lol, looking for something sweet and deep fried. I wanted to bring that back to our community in a way you will always remember. My poi balls have a crispy, light, outer coating, and a warm,soft, chewy poi filling; it will keep you wanting more. These Poi Balls are made with Kauai poi, mochiko flour that gives the texture of mochi, and sugar. One word Yummy!. I also want to mention these treats are also glutein free. With only 3 ingredients. Come see us at the local markets around the island, or special yearly functions. I also do catering as well. I hope that you will have a memeorable experience to take back home with you,Mahalo!

This is my very own recipe of Lilikoi sauce.Lilikoi means passion fruit in Hawaiian. I use pure passion fruit juice and only simple natural ingredients. The flavor is tart and slightly sweet and a must try!.

Da Box includes 20 pieces of poi balls,your choice of plain or sugar or half and half. You have the option to add drizzles on top or sauce on the side, each sauce is $2. The flavors are mango,lilikoi,coconut, and ube.
